Question 1

Who do you work with?

Accepted Answer

I work best with founders and owners of B2B and digital businesses generating over $500,000 in annual revenue who want to grow or prepare for a future sale. You should be ready to stay involved, make decisions, and work with your team on stronger sales, profitability, and business readiness.

Question 2

Is this advisory or hands-on execution?

Accepted Answer

This is direct advisory work, not a done-for-you execution service. I help you identify growth constraints and strengthen financial and operational readiness for a future sale, including earnings, owner independence, and business records. Your team owns implementation. Exit work is business preparation, not brokerage, a valuation guarantee, or financial or legal transaction execution.

Question 3

Can you work with my existing marketing team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work alongside your existing team to connect marketing priorities with sales, profitability, and your business goals. We agree on responsibilities so your team knows what to implement and where my advice fits.

Question 4

How is an engagement scoped?

Accepted Answer

We start with a conversation about your business, goals, and current constraints. If there is a fit, we agree on the priorities, scope, level of involvement, responsibilities, and fees before work begins. The engagement is tailored to your business rather than a fixed, one-size-fits-all package.
